About Academy:Started in mid May-2017 with 4 clay courts and fitness equipment opposite Lingampally MMTS Railway Station. Our aim is to improve facilities with flood lights and synthetic courts in near future.
About Founders: Academy is founded by Legala Sports Arena, and Bhaskar Rao G, Tennis player and Senior Corporate Executive and with a chief coach Mr Hanmanth Rao Vala. Mr Vala was a former national top ranked player for 10 years 1983-1993 and certified tennis coach. His objective is to make someone with his stamp at top international level. He has masters in MA Economics and USPTA certified coach.

Mr. Vala Performance as a player
- Winner of under 18 years in All India AP state hard court Tennis championship in Hyderabad in October, 1987.
- Winner of under 18 years south zone Limca Tennis championships held in Hyderabad in August 1988.
- Winner in AP men’s tennis championships at Hyderabad in October 1990.
- Top Ten Ranked Junior in India from August 1987- November 1990.
- Top Ten Ranked in men’s in India from May 1992- Oct 1994.
Performance as a coach from 1995 - Till Date
- Coached top ranked juniors at the state level and national ranking players from May 1995 to April 1997. Also, coached junior players who participated in ITF Tournaments.
- Coached Mr.Sushil Narla former Davis cup player of India and Former university of Alabama player in Jan 1996 in SCHOOL OF POWER TENNIS, INDIA.
- Coached Mr.J.Vishnu Vardhan from May 2003 – October 2013 in SCHOOL OF POWER TENNIS in SCHOOL OF POWER TENNIS. He won the silver medal in mixed doubles and won the Bronze medal in men’s doubles in Asian games held in Guangzhou, China in 2010. He represented India in London Olympics in 2012 in men’s doubles partnering Leander Paes, top 5 ranked doubles player in the world. He was also the former National champion in mens singles in 2009/2010. He is also ranked 344 in mens singles ranking on the ATP tour and mens doubles ranking of 262 in the world.
- Coached Mr.P.C.Vignesh Top national ranked player in SCHOOL OF POWER TENNIS, from May 2003 to December 2013. He is also Ranked in mens singles 834 on the ATP tour and doubles ranking of 786. He won the Mens Doubles International Tennis federation tournament in Madurai, TN, India in 2012.He also was a finalist in double in International Tennis Federation tournament held in Claremont, LA, USA in 2011.
- Coached Mr. Suresh Krishna in School of POWER TENNIS from June 2003 to July 2011. He won the ITF junior championship held at Chennai, India in August 2005. Also, won ITF junior tennis championship held in Hyderabad, India in September 2006 in singles. He also won the All India men’s National Championship title in Kolkatta, India in February 2011.
- Worked as a Tennis professional in Prestigious “PORT WASHINGTON TENNIS ACADEMY” in New York from May1998-June1999, where Former world number 1 tennis legend John Mcenroe, Former World number 3 women’s player Tracy Austin and numerous other world ranked players were coached in this Academy.
- Worked as Tennis professional in “SPORTIME”, NewYork as Tournament Training group coach Training mostly Top ranked players of USTA Eastern section from Feb 2002 to December2002.
